Obviously costs will vary from job to job, but in most cases the Floorcrete system gives savings over traditional hand-applied sand and cement screed. Floors over 400M2 tend to work out cheaper per square meter. For a detailed quote, please contact us.

Within 24 to 48 hours. With a conventional sand and cement screed this can be as much as 7 days. Unlike a conventional floor, a Floorcrete floor does not require curing after application.

Floorcrete screed can be applied at up to 2,000M2 per day. Average rate is 500-1,000M2 per day. Conventional screeds take much longer – typically, only 100-150M2 per day.

Floorcrete flowing floor screeds are produced under BS EN 13454. A traditional hand-mixed floor screed is often inconsistent and suffers from poor quality control.
